Our Story: A Journey of Passion, Purpose & Flavor

As I step into our brand-new commercial kitchen, I can’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude—for this journey, for our clients, and most of all, for the opportunity to share my passion with the Hatteras Island community.

It all started 19 years ago, when a 21-year-old dreamer left the quiet roads of Old Dixie Hwy in rural South Georgia and landed in the bustling heart of New York City to pursue a culinary career. The journey wasn’t always elegant, but it was always productive. I owe so much to the French Chefs at the FCI NYC, who poured their knowledge and passion into me, shaping the chef I am today.

Since then, life has taken me on many twists and turns, but through it all, I believe I’ve ended up exactly where I’m meant to be. Cooking is more than just creating meals—it’s a way to serve, connect, and share love with people. Made With Love is more than a name—it’s the foundation of everything we do.
